Strawberry Shortcake Cheesecake Rolls

Place the rolls flat on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops lightly with egg wash.
Bake for 18–22 minutes or until golden and puffed.
Once out of the oven, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with crushed cookies for a shortcake-style topping, if desired.
Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or chilled as a dessert or sweet snack.
