While the ribs bake, combine honey, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, brown sugar, and ginger in a saucepan. Simmer on low for 10-15 minutes until thickened.
Once ribs are cooked, brush the honey garlic sauce over them and return to the oven for 20–30 minutes, basting with sauce every 10 minutes.
Serve hot, drizzled with extra sauce. Enjoy!
