Banana Pudding Cheesecake

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine crushed vanilla wafers and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.

In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Mix in mashed bananas and vanilla extract. Pour over the crust.

Bake for 45-50 minutes. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Top with whipped cream before serving.
