1 kg boiled potatoes
5 tablespoons of cornstarch
80 g chopped cooked ham
1 carrot, chopped
3 tablespoons of green onion
1 teaspoon of salt
Preparation
In a bowl, mix the boiled potatoes with the cornstarch, carrot, green onion, ham and salt.
Make small balls and fry in hot oil until golden.
