Instructions:
Prep: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray or olive oil.
Season: Rinse and pat the asparagus dry. Arrange in a single layer on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, then toss to coat evenly. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake: Roast for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
Finish: Return to the oven for 3 more minutes, or until the cheese is lightly melted.
Serve: Transfer to a plate and garnish with extra Parmesan if desired. Enjoy warm!
Tips:
For extra crispiness, broil for the last 1–2 minutes (watch closely!).
Swap Parmesan with Pecorino Romano or shredded mozzarella for variation.
