Fra Salted Paris-Brest with Salmon, Avocado Cream and Fresh Cheese

Ingredients (for 6 people):
For the cabbage dough:
10 cl of water

10 cl of milk

80 g of butter

1 pinch of salt

120 g of flour

3 to 4 eggs

For the garnish:
200g of smoked salmon (ideally Scottish)

1 ripe avocado

150g of fresh cheese St. Moret or Philadelphia style

1 fillet of lemon juice

Sel, poivre

Dill or chopped chives
