Ingredients:

For the Meat Sauce:
1 lb ground beef 🥩
1 onion, chopped 🧅
15 oz spaghetti sauce 🥫
8 oz diced tomatoes 🍅

For the Ricotta Mixture:
15 oz ricotta cheese 🧀
2 large eggs 🥚
½ tsp dried oregano 🌿
½ tsp dried basil 🍃

For the Zucchini:
3 cups grated zucchini (about 2 medium) 🥒
2 tbsp all-purpose flour 🍚
½ tsp salt 🧂
½ tsp black pepper 🥄

For Assembly:
½ package (about 8 oz) uncooked lasagna noodles
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese 🧀
