This Philly Cheesesteak Casserole takes everything you love about the iconic sandwich—tender beef, sautéed onions and peppers, gooey cheese—and layers it into a rich, hearty, oven-baked dish. With no bread to worry about, it’s a low-carb, family-friendly dinner that’s full of flavor and comes together easily on busy nights.

Ingredients
. For the Casserole:

1.5 lbs thinly sliced beef (ribeye, sirloin, or deli roast beef)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 onion, thinly sliced

1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced

8 oz mushrooms, sliced

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

8 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded provolone cheese (or mozzarella, Swiss, etc.)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

. For the Seasoning Mix:

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

Salt and black pepper, to taste
