Chicken Drumsticks, Potato Wedges, Greek Salad, Coleslaw and Lemon Wedges

Chicken Drumsticks: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Rub drumsticks with oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bake for 35–40 minutes or until fully cooked.

Potato Wedges: Toss wedges in oil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Bake alongside drumsticks for 30–35 minutes.

Greek Salad: Mix cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and feta. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.

Coleslaw: Combine cabbage and carrot in a bowl. Mix mayo, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and toss with vegetables.

Plate everything and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes:

Chicken can be marinated overnight for more flavor.
