6 Tips to Prevent Egg Shells from Bursting During Cooking

Once your eggs are cooked to your liking (soft, hard, etc.), remove them from the boiling water and immediately place them in a bowl of ice water. Cooling quickly stops the cooking process and prevents overcooking which could cause the skin to break.
