2 lobster tails
8 oz large shrimp, peeled and deveined
12 oz fettuccine pasta
2 tbsp olive oil (for grilling lobster)
1 tbsp butter (for shrimp)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup white wine (optional)
Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped, for garnish
