Coconut Ice Cream Cake

FOR THE SYRUP TO DIP THE CAKE: 🄄
1 cup coconut milk
ā–«ļø1 to 3 cups coconut milk (depending on whether you want it just wet or wet)
ā–«ļøCondensed milk to taste

– Mix everything together and bring it to a boil quickly so it becomes more liquid and moistens better 🄄
– While the cake is still warm, make small holes with a fork or straw and pour the syrup evenly over it so it moistens evenly. To top it off, top with shredded coconut and condensed milk if desired ā™„ļø
