The Spicy Seafood Stew

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper, cooking until softened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in diced tomatoes, paprika, cayenne pepper, seafood broth, and white wine. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the diced potatoes and corn, cooking for another 10 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
Stir in the mixed seafood, and cook for 5-7 minutes, until the seafood is fully cooked.
