Prepare the Lobster Tails:
Using kitchen shears, cut down the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping at the base. Gently lift the meat through the cut and rest it on top of the shell, keeping it attached at the base.
Make the Garlic Butter Glaze:
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Brush & Season:
Preheat your broiler to high. Place lobster tails on a baking sheet. Generously brush the meat with the garlic butter mixture, letting some drip into the shells.
Broil the Lobster:
Broil for 8–10 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and slightly browned on top. Baste once more halfway through with the remaining butter.
Serve:
Transfer to a serving platter, spoon the buttery juices over the lobster, and garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges. Serve immediately.
