Slowly add the beaten eggs to the oat mixture. Be careful not to overmix the ingredients, as this can cause the treat to thicken by deflating the eggs.
Making the dessert
It’s time to put it in the oven once the dough is ready:
Prepare the baking dish
To prevent the treat from sticking, grease a baking dish with oil. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and pour the dough into it.
Add the nuts
Place the chopped nuts on the dough. This will give the dessert a crunchy texture and a nutty taste.
How to cook
Place the baking dish in an oven preheated to 180°C. Bake for about 40 minutes, or until the dessert is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
Add the chocolate topping
To finish the treat with a rich touch:
Melting Chocolate
It’s best to use a double boiler or break the dark chocolate into small pieces and melt them until smooth and shiny.
Add a drizzle of chocolate
Put the melted chocolate in a piping bag,
baked dessert. Wait until the chocolate is hard to serve it.
