DIRECTIONS:
1/ In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
2/ Dredge shrimp in the flour mixture and set aside.
3/ Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
4/Remove and drain on paper towels.
5/ In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha.
6/ Toss fried shrimp in the sauce until coated.
7/ Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
