However, this simple cleaning hack transforms wall cleaning from a dreaded chore into a quick and manageable task. Using common household items and a clever approach, you can efficiently remove dust, fingerprints, and light dirt from your walls in a fraction of the time traditional methods require.
Ingredients
1 cup white vinegar
2 tablespoons Dawn dish soap (or any quality dish soap)
1 empty spray bottle
1 Swiffer mop (or similar flat mop)
1 clean dish towel or microfiber cloth
Warm water for rinsing (optional)
Instructions
Mix the white vinegar and Dawn dish soap in the spray bottle. Gently shake to combine without creating too many suds.
Attach the clean dish towel or microfiber cloth to your Swiffer mop, securing it firmly.
Working in sections, spray the vinegar-soap solution directly onto your walls. Don’t oversaturate—a light misting is sufficient.
Use the towel-covered Swiffer mop to wipe the walls in a sweeping motion, applying gentle pressure.
