Instructions:
1/ Preheat your oven to 375°F. Lightly spray a 9×13-inch casserole dish with cooking spray and set aside.
2/ Bring 8 cups of water with ½ tablespoon salt to a boil in a large pot.
3/ Add the rotini pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
4/ In a skillet over medium-low heat, brown the ground beef. Drain any excess fat.
5/ Stir in the pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic salt, basil, oregano, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and brown sugar until well combined.
6/ Mix in the cooked pasta, half of the shredded mozzarella, and the chopped pepperoni.
7/ Transfer the mixture to the prepared casserole dish. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top and arrange the whole pepperonis.
8/ Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the pepperoni is slightly crisp and greasy.
9/ Serve and enjoy your cheesy pizza casserole!
