Instructions:
1/ Cook the Beef:
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
2/ Prepare the Veggies:
Add garlic, green onion, carrots, and cabbage to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until the vegetables begin to soften.
3/ Season:
Add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
4/ Wrap the Rolls:
Lay out an egg roll wrapper, and spoon 2-3 tablespoons of the beef mixture onto the center. Fold the sides in and roll tightly, sealing the edges with a bit of water.
5/ Fry the Rolls:
Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or pot over medium heat. Fry the egg rolls in batches for about 3-4 minutes or until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
6/ Serve:
Serve with sweet and sour sauce or soy sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
Perfectly crispy on the outside and deliciously savory on the inside – your taste buds are in for a treat!
