Directions:
1/ In a microwave-safe bowl, mix the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk together.
2/ Microwave the mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring well between each interval, until it’s fully melted and smooth.
3/ Stir in the lemon extract and lemon zest. If you want a brighter color, add a few drops of yellow food coloring.
4/ Pour the lemon fudge mixture into a lined 8×8-inch pan and spread it out evenly.
5/ Place the pan in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is set.
6/ Once set, cut the fudge into squares and enjoy!
