Instructions:
Preheat & Prepare
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Coat the Potatoes
Toss potato cubes in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and optional garlic powder and paprika.
Roast Potatoes
Spread seasoned potatoes on the baking sheet. Roast for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Add Bacon & Honey
Sprinkle bacon over potatoes, then drizzle with honey. Toss gently to coat.
Return to the oven and roast for another 15-20 minutes, until golden and crispy.
Serve & Enjoy!
Let rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley or Parmesan if desired.
