Homemade foie gras terrine: A super-easy recipe

– 1 duck foie gras (500g)
– 10cl of cognac
– 1 garlic clove
– 1 onion
– 1 teaspoon of salt
– 1 tablespoon of pepper
– 1 teaspoon of four spices
– 1 tablespoon of honey
