4–5 green cardamom pods (lightly crushed)
2 cups water
1 teaspoon raw honey (optional, for sweetness)
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger (optional, for extra warmth and digestive support)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon or a cinnamon stick (optional for enhanced flavor and relaxation)

Crush the cardamom pods gently to release their aroma.
In a small pot, bring the water to a boil.
Add the crushed cardamom (and ginger/cinnamon if using).
Reduce heat and let it simmer for 8–10 minutes.
Strain into a cup and add honey if desired.
Sip slowly, allowing the aroma and warmth to relax you.
