Add the salt ingredients when kneading the dough. The dough is rolled, formed and fry in the usual way.
Donuts made with salt glaze or spray:
Basic: Traditional, sweet or neutral donut.
Glaze/spray ideas:
With melted salty butter with herbs (eg garlic, parsley)
Grated cheese (melted or sprinkled)
Caramel
Spicy salt mixture (eg pepper, garlic, chili)
Toasted seeds with salty seasoning
Preparation: Coat the discounted donuts with the salt glaze or sprinkle with the salt top.
“Sour” donut:
Basic: Traditional donut pasta, but coat is used for rising, which gives a slightly sour taste.
Consumption: on its own or with salty conditions (eg butter, cheese).
