400g fish fillet (e.g., cod, pollock, or salmon – frozen is also fine, patted dry)
Juice of ½ lemon
Salt, pepper, paprika
1 onion, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 small zucchini, half-sliced
1 bell pepper (red or yellow), striped
2 carrots, thinly sliced
200g cherry tomatoes (halved)
100ml vegetable stock
100ml heavy cream or cream
1 teaspoon mustard (optional, for a little kick)
Fresh herbs: parsley or dill
A little oil for frying
