We agree the boursin sauce is really too good
Ingredients (for 4 people):
1 pork fillet mignon (approximately 500 g)
1 Boursin cheese garlic and fine herbs (or another cheese spread of your choice)
150 g lardons or cubed ham
150 g grated cheese (emmental or mozzarella for grating)
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
200 ml of fresh cream
1 glass of white wine (optional, but it adds nice depth)
2 tablespoons of the olive oil
1 sprig of fresh thyme
Sel, poivre
