Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan-assisted). Lightly grease a round baking pan (approx. 20–24 cm in diameter)
or line it with parchment paper.
Make the batter:
In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar with a hand mixer until creamy. Gradually add the eggs and mix well until fluffy.
Add the dry ingredients:
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Gradually add the mixture to the butter and egg mixture and mix everything until smooth.
Prepare the baking pan:
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the surface evenly. Arrange the sliced apples on top of the batter in a fan shape or in a pattern of your choice.
Bake:
Bake the cake in the preheated oven for about 30–35 minutes, until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool and Serve:
Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Then carefully remove it from the pan and let it cool completely. Before using, tap the photo to see the full recipe
