Simply make a yeast dough with all the ingredients and knead well until it pulls away from the bowl.
Then let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes until it has doubled in size.
Now knead vigorously on a floured work surface, fold it over itself several times, and form it into a roll.
Then cut the roll into about 15 equal pieces and shape them into long rolls (baguettes).
Now place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Let it rise briefly, then brush the rolls with water.
Then bake on the middle rack at approximately 240°C for 15-20 minutes.
