450 g Strawberries
120 g Sugar
250 g Whipped Cream
400 g Whole Milk Yogurt
Preparation
First, wash and hull the strawberries and cut out the stems.
Then, cut them into small pieces and bring them to a boil in a saucepan with the sugar and a little water.
Then, let them boil for about 5 minutes until the strawberries break down. Remove the pan from the heat and puree the strawberries with an immersion blender.
Now, whip the cream until stiff and combine with the pureed strawberries and yogurt to form a cream.
Next, chill the strawberry cream for about 2 hours, then pour into dessert bowls and serve.
Decorate with strawberry pieces or mint leaves, if desired.
