I mix 400g of quark with 250g of cream for Schneegestöber (snow flurry).

How to make it: First, pour the meringue into a bowl and crush it.
Next, combine the sugar and cream in a bowl and beat until semi-stiff.
Now fold in the quark and mascarpone.
Then grate the chocolate bar (place it in the freezer before grating so it won’t break and will be finer).
Now fold in the grated chocolate.
Then, about 1 hour before serving, add the frozen raspberries.
This makes the dish really fresh and cool. Done!
