Combine ingredients:
Add the activated yeast mix and olive oil to the flour mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough:
Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes, until the dough is smooth and elastic.
Prove:
Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size. Preheat the air fryer:
Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
Shape the dough:
Cut out the risen dough and shape it into a loaf that fits in your air fryer basket.
Fry the bread:
Place the shaped dough in the preheated air fryer basket. Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for about 20-25 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
Cool and slice:
Let the bread cool before slicing.
Optional: Brush with butter:
For extra flavor, brush the top of the bread with melted butter immediately after it comes out of the air fryer.
