First, make the garlic sauce. Peel the garlic cloves and press them into a small mixing bowl.
Then, add the crème fraîche and chives, stir well, and season with pepper and salt.
Next, clean the mushrooms. To do this, wipe them with a kitchen towel.
You shouldn’t wash them. Trim off a little of the bottom end of the mushroom stem.
Then, peel the onions and garlic and finely dice both.
Heat the olive oil in a pan. When the pan is nice and hot, add the mushrooms. Sauté them vigorously for 5 minutes.
Then add the garlic, onions, and butter and sauté for another 5 minutes.
Season the mushrooms with pepper and salt. Sprinkle the chives over the mushrooms and stir them to coat.
Serve the mushrooms with the garlic cream.
