Delicious apple pie in 10 minutes, melts in your mouth!

Preparation: Preheat the oven to 190°C and grease a springform pan with butter.
Make the batter: Beat the butter with sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt until fluffy. Then stir in the eggs one at a time. Add the flour, baking powder, and vanilla pudding powder and mix well. Finally, slowly add the milk until a smooth batter forms.
Prepare the apples: Wash, peel, and core the apples, and cut them into slices or small pieces, as desired. Carefully fold them into the batter.
Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared springform pan and distribute the apple pieces evenly. Bake the cake on the middle rack for 40-50 minutes. Test if the cake is done with a wooden skewer.
Serving: Let the finished cake cool slightly, remove it from the pan, and dust with powdered sugar if desired.
Tip:
This cake also tastes great with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream. For a wintery twist, add cinnamon, nutmeg, or clove powder to the batter.
