Custard croissants that everyone loves, baked in 10 minutes

Filling:
1. First, make a pudding from the milk, sugar, and pudding powder and cover with plastic wrap to prevent a skin from forming. Dough: Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk and mix with 4 tablespoons of sugar. Then mix the egg yolk with the oil and stir into the milk mixture.
Then put the flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and add the lukewarm milk-oil mixture. Knead into a dough.
2. Immediately form the dough into a log on the work surface and cut into equal pieces. Roll each piece lengthwise with a rolling pin and make 7 vertical cuts at the top.
Spread some custard on the bottom piece and roll it up.
3. Now place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and brush with beaten egg. Bake at 170°C for 15 to 20 minutes. After cooling, dust with powdered sugar. Done!
