Make the Cookie Dough:

Preheat the oven to 350F 175C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

In a bowl, cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Fold in the chocolate chips.

Bake the Cookie:

Scoop out cookie dough portions about 2 tablespoons each and roll them into balls.

Assemble the Dessert:

Once the cookies have cooled, place one cookie in the center of a serving plate.

Warm the Nutella in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to make it easier to spread.

Spread a generous layer of Nutella on top of the cookie.

Top with fresh strawberry slices and crumbled graham crackers for added texture and flavor.
