Directions:

1. In a bowl, combine the oatmeal, chopped onion, eggs, yogurt, salt, thyme, and the initial 50 ml of water. Mix well until combined.

2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

3. Spoon the oatmeal mixture into the pan, forming small patties.

4. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

5. If using, top with mozzarella cheese and allow it to melt.

6. Serve warm.
