Creating Your Anti-Wrinkle Cream:
Prepare the Base: Place the banana peel and potato pieces into a saucepan with the water. Boil these ingredients over low heat until they become tender and infused into the water, creating a nutrient-rich concoction.
Blend to Perfection: Once cooked, remove the saucepan from the heat. Using a hand mixer, blend the ingredients directly in the pan until you achieve a creamy consistency.
Strain for Smoothness: To ensure your cream is perfectly smooth, pass the mixture through a sieve, removing any larger particles that remain.
Crafting Two Unique Creams: Divide your creamy base into two equal parts. This allows you to create two variations of your anti-wrinkle cream, each tailored with additional beneficial ingredients.
First Cream – The Brightening Blend: To one part of the mixture, add 1 teaspoon of flaxseed oil, known for its high omega-3 content which promotes skin health. Incorporate 1 tablespoon of lemon juice for its skin-lightening properties and 1 teaspoon of cornstarch to thicken the cream and provide a silky texture.
