Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
In a separate large bowl, cream together butter, cream cheese, and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in the egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until fully combined.
Scoop dough into balls (about 1 tablespoon each) and roll them into the cinnamon-sugar mixture (1/4 cup sugar + 1 tsp cinnamon).
Place the dough balls on the baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden around the edges.
Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
