Ingredients

1 carrot, grated
100 g mushrooms, chopped

3 eggs
2 tablespoons cottage cheese

Instructions
Prepare the Potato Layer:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
Arrange the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish.
Season with salt, pepper, paprika, turmeric, and dried garlic. Drizzle with olive oil.
Prepare the Filling:
Heat a bit of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Sauté the diced onion until translucent. Add the grated carrot and cook for 2 minutes.

Spread the cooked filling evenly over the potato layer in the baking dish.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs with cottage cheese until smooth. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the meat and vegetables.
