Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Lasagna with Ranch Drizzle π§π₯
Ingredients:
β 12 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
β 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
β 1 cup buffalo sauce
β 1 container (16 oz) ricotta cheese
β 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
β 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
β 2 cups ranch dressing, divided
β 2 eggs
β 1/4 cup chopped parsley (optional garnish)
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven:
β Set your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Grease a 9Γ13-inch baking dish.
2. Prepare the buffalo chicken:
β In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well-coated. Set aside.
3. Make the ricotta mixture:
β In another bowl, combine ricotta cheese, eggs, 1 cup ranch dressing, and 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Mix until smooth.
