Do you wish you had time or an oven to make the fresh bread you’ve been craving? Don’t worry, this easy recipe will still allow you to eat warm, tasty bread in only 10 minutes! The greatest thing is that an oven is not even necessary!
Ingredients You’ll need the following to create this fast and simple bread:
200 milliliters of hot water or milk
A smidgeonful of sugar
A single tsp of salt
Ten milligrams of dry yeast
Getting Ready
Heat 200 milliliters of milk or water to start. Depending on your desire, you may use either milk, water, or a mix of the two.
salt and half a tablespoon of sugar to the hot liquid. Once the salt and sugar are dissolved, thoroughly stir.
Then, add 10 grams of dried yeast into the blend. After giving it a quick stir, let it rest for a few minutes to allow the yeast to activate and froth.
Transfer the active yeast mixture and the required quantity of flour to a another mixing bowl. For this recipe, you may use either bread flour or all-purpose flour.
Combine all ingredients until a soft, somewhat sticky dough is formed. If the dough seems a little sticky, don’t worry; with each kneading session, it will become easier to work with.
Shaping and Kneading of Bread
After the dough comes together, place it on a sanitized surface that has been gently floured. Work the dough for about five minutes, or until it becomes elastic and smooth.
Shape the dough into tiny circles or any other shape you choose after dividing it into equal halves. If you’d like, you may also roll the dough into long strips to create breadsticks.
