1 lemon (juice extracted)
1 garlic clove
½ cup of olive oil
Fleshs of 1 or 2 avocados
Salt and cilantro (to taste)
Instructions:
Start by using a blender to combine the garlic, avocado flesh, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and cilantro (to taste).
Blend everything until you achieve a creamy consistency, similar to mayonnaise.
Transfer the mixture to a container (or plastic bags) and refrigerate or serve immediately.
