**Ingredients:**
*For the dough:*
– 500 g durum wheat flour
– 250 ml lukewarm water
– 100 g refreshed sourdough starter
– 50 ml extra virgin olive oil
– Salt to taste
*For the filling:*
– 200 g Neapolitan salami (or spicy salami)
– 200 g smoked provola cheese
– 200 g scamorza cheese
– 200 g sweet bacon
– 4 hard-boiled eggs
– Ground black pepper to taste
– Extra virgin olive oil to taste
**Guidelines:**
1. In a large bowl, dissolve the sourdough starter in lukewarm water and add a pinch of salt. Stir until the yeast is completely dissolved.
2. Gradually add the flour, stirring constantly until a smooth dough forms. Add the olive oil and knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic.
