Ingredients:

For the Turkey Marinade:

300g turkey fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 large egg
4 tablespoons natural yogurt (or Greek yogurt)
1/3 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried dill
1 teaspoon sea salt (or to taste)
1 teaspoon potato seasoning (or a blend of garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and herbs)
For the Vegetable Medley:

3-4 medium potatoes, diced into 1-inch cubes
1 large carrot, diced into 1-inch cubes
1 medium onion, diced
1 medium zucchini, diced into 1-inch cubes
2 ripe tomatoes, sliced into thick rounds
200g fresh broccoli florets
30g grated cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or a blend)
2 tablespoons plant based oil (olive oil, canola oil)
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
For the Yogurt Sauces:

Yogurt Sauce 1 (Spicy Yogurt Sauce):
3 tablespoons natural yogurt (or Greek yogurt)
1/3 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon sea salt (or to taste)
1/4 teaspoon chili powder (or cayenne pepper)
