Ingredients
3 potatoes, peeled and grated
1 onion, sliced
1 carrot, grated
5 cloves of garlic, minced

Prepare the Ingredients
Grate the Potatoes & Carrot: Peel and grate the potatoes and carrot using a fine grater.
Remove Excess Moisture: Place the grated potatoes in a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth, squeeze tightly to remove as much excess water as possible. This helps achieve crispy fritters.
Slice the Onion & Mince the Garlic: Slice the onion thinly and mince the garlic cloves.
