      • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and dry yeast.
    1. Add Wet Ingredients:
      • Pour in the warm milk and warm water into the flour mixture.
      • Stir until the liquids are absorbed.
    1. Knead the Dough:
      • Add the olive oil to the mixture.
      • Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.
    1. Let the Dough Rise:
        • Form the dough into a ball.
        • Lightly coat the dough ball with vegetable oil.
        • Place the dough in a warm place to rise for 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.
    2. Shape the Dough:
        • After the dough has risen, divide it into 6 equal pieces.
        • Roll each piece into a ball.
      • Roll out each ball into a flatbread shape.
    3. Cook the Flatbreads:
        • Preheat a pan over medium-high heat.

        • Brush each hot flatbread with olive oil.
      • Sprinkle with chopped parsley and chili flakes for added flavor.
      • Serve warm.
