2 packs of vanilla pudding powder
50 g sugar
3 eggs
200 ml milk
150 g quark
A little salt
A little sunflower oil

It’s that easy, my dears
First, just put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a mixer or whisk.
Then lightly grease and heat a coated frying pan and put the dough in and fry until golden brown on both sides.
The quark pancakes taste best with jam, powdered sugar and fresh berries
Our tips:
If you don’t like sweet toppings, you can leave out the sugar in the quark pancakes completely. The pancakes are quick, easy and super tasty! Enjoy your meal
