Roasted Garlic Herb Vegetables

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Wash and chop all vegetables into bite-sized pieces.

In a large bowl, toss potatoes, carrots, and green beans with olive oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
