Cut the 4 apples into cubes (personally, I cut them medium-sized so that the apple feels good when eating).
Grease the baking tray with butter and place the apples on it.
In a bowl, beat 2 eggs with 100 g of sugar until smooth.
Add 100 ml of milk and mix well.
Sift 200 g of wheat flour, add a teaspoon of baking powder and a teaspoon of vanilla sugar.
