1. Boiling Water Method
Steps:
Boil 2 liters of water.
Pour the boiling water into the fryer tank.
Heat the appliance for a few minutes, then carefully discard the hot water.
If necessary, scrub the walls with a sponge and rinse thoroughly before drying.
2. Flour Method
Steps:
Unplug the fryer and empty it of oil.
Dust the inside walls with flour and use a spatula to mix it into a paste.
Wipe away the paste and any stuck grease with a paper towel.
Clean the walls with white vinegar and rinse well before drying.
3. Hot Water and Soda Crystals
Steps:

Boil water and pour it into the fryer tank.
